4. Shipping and Delivery
- We deliver across the UAE.
- Elite Box aims to deliver your order within the specified timeframe; however, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
5. No Returns or Exchanges
- Please note that all sales are final. Due to the nature of our luxury gift boxes and the personalization involved, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any items once an order has been placed and delivered.
- Please note that all payments are final. Once the payment has been made, no refunds or reversals of payment will be allowed under any circumstances.
- In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
