Our typical delivery timeline is 10 days. Due to high demand, we usually prepare your box within 5-7 days. After preparation, the box is dispatched to our shipping partner, and the remaining time is for final delivery to your address.

If your gift box is delivered and you are unable to collect it at the scheduled time, we offer a rescheduling service for an additional charge of 30 AED. Please note that there may be a delay for the box to be returned from the delivery company and rescheduled for a new time.

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.
