At Elite Box, we take great care in preparing and delivering your luxury gift boxes. Please review our shipping and returns policy for more details.

Shipping Information

  • Delivery Time: We aim to deliver your gift box within 10 days. Due to a high volume of orders, we typically prepare the box within 5-7 days, after which it is dispatched to our shipping partner. The remaining time is for delivery to your specified address.
  • Tracking Your Order: We understand that waiting for your order can be exciting, so if you would like to check the status of your order, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

Returns and Rescheduling

  • No Returns: Please note that we do not accept returns due to the personalized and curated nature of our gift boxes.
  • Missed Delivery Rescheduling: In case your gift box is delivered and you are unable to pick it up at your scheduled time, there will be an additional charge of 35 AED for rescheduling.
    • Please note that there may be an additional delay for your box to be returned from the delivery company back to us, and for it to be rescheduled for a new delivery.
